Why does my order take 7-10 days?

We are a very small team and all orders are handmade individually. Please be aware that these are guidlines and your order may arrive slightly sooner or later. If you need an order urgently please feel free to contact me bysian@outlook.com and i will try my best to prioritse your order!
How do i care for my scrunchie?

Scrunchies are delicate and some materials are very fragile, Handle with love and care. All scrunchies are handmade to the best quality possible, this means they may not be up to industial / mainstream standards - but we believe having a handmade item is cute and personal! All of our scrunchies are given a quality test before dispatch ensuring the stretch and stitch is up to our standard. Scrunchies are an accessory, for the best look, support your hair with an ordinary bobble or band first. Over stretching or pulling of scrunchies can cause damage, be delicate. By Sian scrunchies are not machine washable LOVE YOUR SCRUNCHIES!!
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

Unfortunatley due to all scrunchies being made to order and for hygeine reasons we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order upon arrival please let us know within 24 hours so we can resolve this. *Photographic evidence will be requested if necessary*
I missed out on the scrunchie i wanted, will it be restocked?"

All of our scrunchie collections are limited edition, once they're gone, they're gone. However, we will restock our bestselling colours/ collections if the demand is high.. check our instagram for updates or drop us a message if you are looking for a particular scrunchie.
